Innovative Designs that Clients grade A+

EngTech integrated architectural/engineering staff have helped scores of school districts assess, plan, design and build modern learning environments. Our pK-12 education experience includes: classrooms, special education, performing arts, CTE/Ag-Ed, athletic facilities, FACS, technology, food service and capital maintenance projects. EngTech design expertise is ideally suited for building expansion and renovations where attention to detail is critical to project success.

EngTech APPROACH

Our approach is simple: Listen, Assess, and Develop a responsible solution that students, staff and patrons will support – one the school district can afford to construct and operate. Our licensed professionals provide the biggest value for every dollar invested in a new school project or renovation efforts. We know the pitfalls to avoid when modernizing existing spaces or building new structures.

EngTech creates each building specifically for the individual client. We do not have pre-conceived ideas about what a building solution should look like or what building systems are included. We take a customized approach to understand what’s important to our school clients – and it all starts with listening.

If public financing is required, it can be difficult to gain a super majority on school bond measures. EngTech has been successful in Referendum efforts because we work hard to match the school facility needs to solid educational benefits that patrons can understand and support.

What EngTech Customers Say

  • You asked for a firm to give you a second opinion on your mechanical system replacements, and we’d recommend EngTech. We are working with them in Mott-Regent and United Public Schools, and find them and their engineering expertise second to none.

Jim Perras, Partner Consolidated Construction Company
  • I would like to recommend EngTech for your design project. Their staff went the extra mile to design an affordable building for our school. They met countless times with board, staff and administration to come up with a great affordable design.

Kevin Roth, retired Chairman Mott-Regent School Board
  • EngTech employees are very professional, experienced, knowledgeable, personable, and they also possess a great deal of common sense. They understand, listen, and work to meet our needs. They have earned my respect and confidence.

Clarke Ranum, Superintendent United Public Schools
  • Working with EngTech, to build and renovate our Mott-Regent School, was a true blessing. They did not come telling us what we needed; instead they diligently listened and helped us discover our needs, all the while being sensitive to our budget. They shared our "We Can and Must" attitude, focusing on the needs of our kids and the passion of patrons for education in our school district. They were transparent and readily available to openly communicate with us on the challenges which arose. I highly recommend them to whomever is needing a trustworthy A/E firm for their project.

Bill Gion, School Board President Mott-Rebent School
  • EngTech staff involved in our District’s process has been very helpful and willing to assist at any time. During the pre-referendum process they were able to help guide our committee, put presentation material together in a professional manner, and help research and answer questions brought forward by our community. The staff have been very down to earth with a willingness to listen to the district needs, and very understanding.

Michelle Hoff, School Board President Parshall Public Schools
