EngTech Engineers – Architects – Forensic Experts has an immediate opening for an experienced Architect.
Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor or Master of Architecture from an accredited university and at least 3 years of experience in a professional architectural office. The ideal candidate is proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp.

REQUIREMENTS
- 3-7 years of experience managing medium to large scale projects.
- Professional degree in Architecture or NCARB certificate.
- Licensed in North Dakota or the ability to become licensed.
- Proficient in AutoCAD & Revit (SketchUp experience is desirable).
- Ability to handle client interactions and exhibit team leadership.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster a positive work environment.
- Make time commitment to meet job and company obligations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform in a “flexible task” mode on a variety of projects.
- Implement work agreed upon by Department Manager on multiple projects.
- Develop, plan and coordinate a project during design and contract document development.
- Provide quality and accurate schematic, design development and contract documents.
- Provide design development and drafting of detailed solutions and presentations.
- Analyze design related problems on specific projects and apply knowledge to solve the problems.
- Coordinate design criteria established by other disciplines and implement design modifications.
- Develop project schedules and cost estimates.
- Perform code research and implementation.
- Perform construction administration tasks for projects
- Coordinate and direct presentations and project meetings with clients; produce meeting minutes
- Assist in identifying potential job leads and work to further the firm’s marketing efforts
- Perform additional responsibilities as requested.

EngTech Engineers – Architects – Forensic Experts has an immediate, full-time career opportunity for an Intern Architect.
Intern Architects perform a variety of architectural assignments under direction of a Licensed Architect. They work from designs of others, compile data, perform design tasks, and assist in the drafting of schematic, design development and contract documents. They are expected to continue to develop a thorough knowledge of architectural drafting, detailing, building materials, codes and construction. Intern Architects may consult with manufacturers, evaluate materials and assist in architectural specifications and report writing, depending on complexity of individual assignments.

- On a licensure track or currently working towards licensure.
